The Pinfold is located in Church Road, by the north gate of St. Wilfrid's churchyard. It is a grade two listed building.
The shape is rectangular with a rounded corner to the road.
The walls are of dressed coursed rubble, 15 inches thick, with half round coping stones. The walls are 4ft 6in high, the rear wall is higher, being common with the church yard wall.
The gate is 5ft 3ins wide, and made of wood and board, with a wooden sign 'The Pinfold'
Was formerly used as a private kitchen garden, let by the Parish Council. It is now used as a community garden, according to a temporary sign on the wooden bench on the rear wall. On my visit in early June there were plenty of plants growing.
Approximate dimensions: 15ft 7ins x 32ft
 Condition: Well preserved or restored
 Marked by sign?: yes
 Construction Material: Stone
