The Kensey Johns Van Dyke House at 300 Delaware Street was constructed circa 1820. The brick, two-story, three-bay house in in a Federal style. The side passage doorway is flanked by sidelights and topped by a large fanlight.

The house appears to be in very good condition and continues to serve as a private residence.
