Simon's is a local institution in Sacramento. It's location near the State Capitol makes it a stop for legislators after their hard day at "work." the Owner Simon is on hand greeting customers and the staff is friendly and deserves their tips. The walls are plastered with framed photos of all the movers and shakers in California politics.

The clientele is perhaps the most varied I have seen in any local restaurant/bar in the Midtown area.
