Located in Anamosa, Iowa. I was shocked the first time that I visited this location years ago. We pulled into town on an early Sunday afternoon and found the streets lined with motorcycles. The museum was packed. This is the first BUSY museum I've ever seen.
The main level of the museum features a wall of engines, a motorcycle service store from the early 1900's and a variety of hillclimbers. The basement is full of old photographs, vintage motorcycles, and racing bikes.
The Hall of Fame honors the men and women who have helped shape the world of motorcycling.
The gift shop also has lots of interesting things to see and purchase. There is no charge to enter the gift shop.
