This unusual sculpture depicts a strange being that almost looks like a character from The Simpsons cartoon series- a googly eyed person (a child?, perhaps even a chimp) wearing a wig and sitting cross-legged. The figure, apparently made with cement or a polymer, holds a can of spray paint with his right hand. The piece is set on a black marble pedestal about 5 foot high with the words "UNBEKANNTER KUNSTLER 2011"
which means "Unknown Artist 2011". That term may refer to both the title and the absence of information about the identity of the artist...or the title for this work.
