Located at a water diversion canal is a survey mark, possibly monumented by Pacific Power, the company responsible for managing the nearby John C. Boyle Dam and power stations along the Klamath River. This mark is monumented on top of a concrete headwall and at a point where diversion water enters a tunnel into a mountain. The disk contains an elevation stamping of '3780.28' and the year '1994' on the disk face. This disk is not listed in the NGS database. My posted coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
