The low-budget and rather corny movie from 2000 called "Bandits" was about two fumbling (but very successfull) bank robbers, Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton, who happen to take Cate Blanchett hostage (and they all fall in love). It was filmed in several Oregon locations, including the U.S. Bank on Main Street in Oregon City, near the Clackamas County Courthouse.
This location is easily identified in the movie, as the bank with the huge venitian blinds of an enormous dollar bill. The bank employees would change the position of the blinds so the dollar bill was visible when the bank was open, while they looked like normal blinds when the other side was displayed, and that signified the bank was closed.
