DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio - A train carrying corn grain derailed in Delaware County Tuesday afternoon, closing a portion of a local road.

According to the Delaware County Emergency Management Agency, a train derailed near U.S. 42 and Horseshoe Road in Delaware County at about 1:42 p.m.

Norfolk Southern officials said the train was carrying corn grain, and no hazardous materials were involved.
