A new park, Dean Vaagen Park is a triple play as ball parks go. It has three separate diamonds with a large picnic area in the centre, perfect for lounging between games of a ball tournament. There are washrooms and concession stands at the parking lot edge of this area.
Two of the three diamonds are lit for night games, while all are fully fenced, have electronic scoreboards, and have good dugouts, bleachers and nice clay infields with good grass outfields. Altogether, this is a perfect park for ball tournaments, whether little league, slow pitch or baseball.
The park would qualify as a grand slam but for the lack of covered bleachers (and a press-box - didn't see one of those).
