The former Seven-Up Company Headquarters is a three-story International Style office building. The 1950 facade covers an earlier building constructed in 1927 that Seven Up Company acquired around 1944. The soda-pop company had their headquarters in this building until they relocated to Dallas in the late 1970's. The company still makes their concentrate in the St. Louis area. The building has now been converted to loft apartments.
