Borobudour Temple is (possibly) the largest Buddhist structure in the world, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a major tourism destination in central Java. On the steps leading upwards to each new level of the temple are sets of two lions guarding the approach. The lions are the stylised Asian lion, and smaller than life-sized. I selected the these two lions as these are the two that one would normally first, on the standard tourist excursion through the temple (southern side). Entry to the Temple is $20 or so.
