The Chiles Center at the University of Portland is the most symmetrical a building can become (other than a sphere) because it is primarily a geodesic dome.

The exterior of the building also exhibits flying buttresses all the way around which provides additional symmetry. Although the triangular components of the structure are not entirely apparent from the outside, they can be easily see when inside the structure.
