This sculpture os St. Ludovicus depicts him standing with flowing garb. He holds a baton in his left hand while his right hand rests on his hip. The figure wears a crown on his head.
Information about the Saint is hard to find. There is no Wikipedia page for him and the Catholic Online lists of saints, while recognizing the Saint's existence (
visit link) as St. Ludovicus Beaulieu
\informs us only:
"Canonized By: Pope John Paul II
Korean Martyr" which, while possible, brings in to question whether this is the same saint. Perhaps he was a European martyred while in Korea.
