DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1956 (FAR) THE STATION IS THE CROSS ATOP THE NORTHERN ONE OF TWO SPIRES ON THE LARGE RED BRICK CHURCH IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE TOWN OF MELROSE. THE CHURCH FACES EAST AND IS APPROXIMATELY 120 FEET HIGH.
