Wooden church in Korejovce belongs to the characteristic monuments of the Saris region. It is a three-part log-house, which dates from 1764. In the interior is preserved part of the iconostasis of 18 century, rare woodcuts and paintings. Church, together with the adjacent bell tower underwent renovations in 2000.
