Long Description:In a series of strips starting on Wednesday, March 12 and running through Wednesday, March 19, the Griffith Observatory was featured in various Zippy scenes.
This strip is the first in the series. In this strip Zippy’s friend Vizeen climbs to the observatory viewing platform and spots an earthbound craft moving at crazy angles. Pane 1 shows the front central entrance door of Griffith Observatory. Panes 2 and 3 show some of the arched architecture around the back of the building. (continued…)
