?2. 426-23 West Commercial Street; 426 Uest Commercial was constructed c. 1910; 428 West Commercial was constructed between 1910 and 1951. Rising a full story in red brick above the adjacent one story structure, 426.-2R West Commercial survives in near-original condition; the second story is defined by light-colored masonry lintels and sills and brickwork at. the roof line; the storefronts have been altered.
