The chapel of Nossa Senhora da Orada can be found in Albufeira, formerly a quiet fishing community, which developed as a main tourist area since the 60's until it became what is probably the most intensively touristy town in Portugal, mainly due to its surrounding beautiful beaches.
The chapel was once attached to a convent (which doesn't exist anymore) and it's located near the local marina. It was very popular amidst the fishermen and their families, usually religious folks.
Two significant tombs exist in this chapel: Frei Francisco António da Silva Cabrita and Francisco Correia d'Ataíde Cabrita.
