This is possibly the second of two steam engines on display at Happy Dell Park in Kettle Falls, Washington.

Given that there is no external timing mechanism visible on this machine, either it's missing or this is actually a compressor. The presence of a flywheel and a belt wheel tends to make me think it's a steam engine, yet the lack of valve timing gear makes me think it's a compressor. Your call.

This engine is much smaller that its partner in this park, having a flywheel of only about three feet in diameter. Unfortunately the name plate was on the far side of the engine. As a result I was unsuccessful in my attempts at getting a shot of it.
