This bypass fish ladder is located on left riverside of Berounka in northern district of town Beroun as a part of newly built hydroelectric station and mechanical weir. The ladder itself is the biggest in the region of Central Bohemia and is unique by design, which resembles natural habitat - stony creek. The ladder construction, supported by European Union' Operational Programme 'Environment', was finished in 2011.
