The Sanchaz Street Stairs connect 19th Street at the bottom to the continuation of Sanchez Street at the top. The top of these stairs are preceded by some sidewalk steps (uncounted) leading downhill to either of two entrances to the stairway. The stairs are shaped like an widened “H” with the main stair being the crossway in the “H” and the two ends of the “H” being a double set of stairs entering at the top and a double set of branching stairs exiting from the bottom. The step count may vary based on which entrance and which exit branch you choose.
I walked down the stairs from the top and here are the views of the stairway sections on the way down.
