"Adoration of the Shepherds" is a stained glass window designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany based on a painting by the same name by the French artist Adolphe-William Bouguereau.   It is the most prominent window in the church and is at the east end above the High Altar.  A higher quality photo of the window can seen on the Church website.
