Not sure how to comment on the
Feeding Station aspect of this place, as according to
Urban Spoon and others, both the food and service can be a hit-or-miss proposition. More recent reviews indicate that both are improving, however.
They have interesting décor, described as "
inappropriate and tacky" by one patron. Situated downtown, it's a pretty popular night spot.
The Acorn Saloon was opened in 1986 by
John Acorn, a Colville native. A staunch and loyal supporter of Colville, John passed away on September 23, 2012.
