This is an admirable airport, which works smoothly and offers good features to the passengers. It's located in the Asian part of Istanbul, accessible by car or bus (Havas, the company managing most of Turkish airports, offers a shuttle service from Taksim and Kadikoy and there is a city bus from Kadikoy).
It's named after a famous Turkish woman pilot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sabiha_G%C3%B6k%C3%A7en).
