USD should not be confused with UCSD. USD is a private Catholic University.
This Hall of Fame honors USD alumni who were notable atheletes at the school. The Toreros' Stadium is just across the plaza from here.
Hours of Operation:
unknown...open to the public at the very minumum during athletic events at the nearby Stadium. (Restrooms are located in the Pavilion.)
