Centennial Block (1870), southwest corner of SW Second and SW Morrison, is my token building in the Portland Yamhill Historic District (added 1976 - Multnomah County) roughly bounded by Taylor, Morrison, both sides of Second Avenue and Willamette River, Portland (115 acres, 15 buildings). When this Italianate style building, now home to the Rock Bottom Brewery, was restored in 1985, much of the original cast-iron decorative work was replicated with fiberglass for safety, as in other buildings.
