Capstone covers 114 hectares of former farmland on the North Downs and boasts a variety of habitats including ancient woodlands, old orchards, a freshwater lake, meadows and hedgerows.
This car park is called 'Orchard Car park' because it located next to an old orchard. The aging trees, all in a line as an orchard should be.
