Tetra Tower is a 10' high delicate curved and tapering spire composed of sets of mirror image equilateral triangles. The stainless steel sculpture was created by electrochemist and metallurgist Howard Fromson in 2005. The tower appears delicate despite its inherent strength.

A bronze plaque near the sculpture is inscribed:

Howard Fromson (1921 -)
