DESCRIBED BY WAYMARKER THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE WARRENTON, 20 YARDS NORTHWEST OF NORTH 3RD STREET AND AND 35 YARDS SOUTHWEST OF HORNER STREET. THE TOP OF THE TANK IS OVER 100 FEET HIGH. THE LARGE DOUBLE ELLIPSOIDAL TANK IS SUPPORTED BY EIGHT STEEL LEGS AND THERE IS A PIPE RUNNING DOWN THE CENTER OF THE STRUCTURE. THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE IS PAINTED A LIGHT BLUE COLOR.
