This beautifully painted butterfly can be found in the garden area of St. Francis Xavier Church. Jack Allred painted a butterfly to commemorate the life of Coach Kurt Budke, and it will be placed at the family’s church, St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church

The butterfly in the St. Francis Xavier Garden is one of several butterfly sculptures placed around Stillwater. This one has a stunning orange color on the back, with painted designs on the front wings.
The insect stands upright on a golden color flower, and the wings have the following text and illustrations:

A plaque on the base of the sculpture has the following text:
