This statue of a business man reading a newspaper is in a nicely landscaped area on the northeast corner of E. 8th Ave. and S. Lewis. This building is the city municipal building, and is next door to the Police Dept. The man is dressed in business attire, with his right leg crossed over his left. His left foot rests on a stone. The black bench provides room for a couple of guests to join him.
