Blumer's Champlin Station was constructed in 1940. It is not included in the Perkins Downtown Historic District due to modifications made over the years. It is currently occupied as Harris 66, which offers oil changes and lube work, and new and used tires.
The building is concrete block with metal trim, including a corrugated metal band at the roofline. The office is located on the south end, with three service bays to the north. A covered gas pump island has four pumps. The station is listed as a Phillips 66 station, and BG is shown on the gas pumps.
