Overlooking the beautiful and family friendly shore town of Margate and their beloved, Lucy the Elephant, is this cute water tower which advertises for this precious pachyderm. The image of Lucy that takes up the entire side of Margate, N.J.'s municipal water tower is nearly as famous a landmark as the 131-year-old wooden elephant herself.
