This mural in painted on the side of the Saleme Insurance building in downtown Altoona. The little area is called Heritage Plaza. It is supposed to be of a postcard depicting life in Altoona during the railroad days. The second picture shows the hand holding the postcard and the rack of postcards where the postcard came from.
