These webcams are at a place called Zopkios, near where the toll booths once stood. When built, the Coquihalla Highway was a toll highway for many years. But it was such an improvement on how to get to the coast that a zillion people paid the toll and paid for the highway.
This is actually at exit 217 for westbound traffic, about 100 metres down the exit, on the north side of the service road, looking generally west. Further west on the service road is the rest area where the toll booths were.
