I'm not quite sure what the business is (or maybe was) but it has a sign that mentions Exotic Aquatics. I never see any signs of activity when I am nearby, but it may actually still be in business. The entire exterior is painted with sea life scenes and is very colorful. Definitely worth a side trip to see this, as well as grab a nearby cache (Earth Friendly) and a benchmark (at the Central Brevard Library).
The nearby Cocoa Water Tower is also a waymark.
