The statue is located in Langelinie, a promenade near to Copenhagen Harbour. It stands on a round stone plinth.
The life size nude figure is standing with its right foot resting on a rock. A towel is being used to dry that leg.
It was sculpted by Carl Aarsleff in 1909.
