The church is on the south east side of West Street in the south west of Warwick. The church was built between 1859-60 to a design by Edward Welby Pugin.

The bell cote sits atop St Mary Immaculate church. The single bell can clearly be seen in the wooden framed tower. There is a quadrant fixed to the bell mechanism that has a chain attached to it so it is possible that the bell may still be used.
