A Veterans Memorial situated on the Town Common at the top of Stage Road which contains a flag pole and monuments with the names of the Town's Veterans from World War I to the War on Terrorism. The monument was designed by Earl Gett, long time Selectman and Veteran's Agent for the town of Westhampton. It was installed in the early 1990's and joins a water fountain and several shade trees, to provide a relaxing place for quiet reflection in the front of the Town Hall and Congregational Church. The monument, in addition to the center flag pole, has a semi circle of five other stones, each listing the men and women from the town who served in WW. I, WW II, Korean War, Vietnam War, and the Persian Gulf War and War on Terror.

Description of Memorial: This memorial is located in the center of Westhampton, MA, which is a scenic rural town just west of the city of Northampton. In addition to Outlook Farm, a popular "pick your own apples" destination, Westhampton has parcels of non-profit lands, including the Marion Sherman Lynes Wildlife Sanctuary, The Westhampton Mineral Hills Conservation Area and the Harnett-Manhan Memorial Forest, each of which maintains a network of trails open to the public.
Located nearby is Windy Acres, a popular Camp Ground.
