This is the former 'Volks- und Mittelschule' (Folk- and Middle School) located at the 'Kirchstraße' between the chuch and the town hall of Gönningen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The school building was built in 1867 by Heinrich Zwißler.
It was used as a two roomed school building until 1955.
It was the only 'Mittelschule' in the former 'Oberamt Tübingen'.
The upper level was used as residental rooms for the teachers.
From 1956 till 1992 it was used for business use.
Nowerdays it's the home of the local public library.
