The center's developer, Peter Petrovich constructed a memorial honoring all the men and women who served our country in times of war and peace. It consists of three granite blocks that have water cascading down them. Atop the central block is an eternal flame. The water flowing won the blocks falls into a small pool from where the water pours into a larger pool.
