The City of Springville, Iowa is celebrating its 125th Anniversary and, as a part of the celebration, is having an "Adopt a Hydrant" event with many of the fire hydrants throughout the city painted.

This particular hydrant is located in front of the Springville Fire Station. Do you think that is a good representation of the Fire Chief?
