Their smokers are running 24 hours a day to ensure that the product they cut for your order is consistently the best barbeque that you will ever taste. All of our meats are marinated in our homemade dry rub and then smoked with black jack oak logs to give the meat a distinct smoky flavor. Our Briskets and Pork Butts go through a 14 hour smoking process. “Low and slow” can describe the cooking process for all of our meats. All meat orders are always cut fresh by hand when you order. Their barbeque sauce is homemade fresh everyday and served on the side so that you can enjoy the flavor of the meat before adding the right amount of sauce.
