According to the school web page, the team mascots are the Falcons and the Lady Falcons, represented on the field by a human mascot in a falcon costume. The name of the costumed mascot is "Freddy." The school colors are purple and gold. It seems that school spirit reached down the street and touched this fire hydrant. It is located at the intersection of Valley Street and North Boundary Street in Montevallo, Alabama.
