Groznjan is known as the "artists village". Decadent after the Second World War, its requalification was encouraged by the government, which promoted it offering housing for low cost (or for free) to artists from all over the country of Yugoslavia.
Ironically, the post office is one of the least interesting buildings in the village. Looks like a common house, nothing special about it.
