The White Swan is a common pub name in the UK, but there is no obvious connection with the name of the pub in this case. It’s possible it was chosen to give the pub an English look. A white swan is also used in the coat of arms of the Worshipful Company of Musicians and so maybe this is the inspiration as it is a musikpub.

According to the pub’s website the pub was started in 1889 as Malmö’s first beer hall.
