The inscription on the accompanying bench reads:

US Army M 41 "Walker Bulldog" Tank
Entered service in 1953. 76mm main gun. Weight 23.5 tons.
Max speed 45mph. Crew of four. Named for General Walton Walker,
who was killed in Korea in 1950. Loaned to Davis Museum by US Army in 1988.
