The caboose is an AAR Type M930, built for the CPR. Can't say how old it is, unfortunately. Also unfortunate is the fact that one must pay the entrance fee to view this caboose, but the upside is that there is a whole lot more value for your nickel here - lots of machinery, equipment and vehicles - and you can pan for gold while you're at it.
It has been restored and the interior furnished with all the appropriate trappings that should be found in a working caboose of this vintage.
Current Use: Museum Display
Type Of Caboose: Cupola, "Standard"
