This Georgian and Renaissance Revival brick city hall was built in 1920 after a horrific fire of 1918 consumed most of the town. It housed the city offices until the 1960’s when they moved to the former YMCA building, and this structure it was purchased by Conwed. The Potlatch Corporation took over ownership in the 1980’s.
An historical marker on the front lawn tells more of the building's history.
