Unfortunately there is no signage at the site. The weathered sculpture with a mostly green patina depicts a lifesized young man in tight pants, a long blouse and a longer cape wearing a hat and ringing a bell with his right hand at shoulder level. The piece is set on a concrete plinth about 6 feet high.
